You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become active. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account dashboard at shop.alldayieat.com/my-account.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Order cutoff times are: Monday 10 PM PST for orders that ship Tuesday, and Wednesday 10 PM PST for orders that ship Thursday.
Tea cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations—even if unopened. However, if you're unhappy with your tea, contact us at shop@alldayieat.com anyway. We consider refunds without return on a case-by-case basis.
