📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Order cutoff times are: Monday 10 PM PST for orders that ship Tuesday, and Wednesday 10 PM PST for orders that ship Thursday.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer three shipping methods:
- USPS First Class: 7-10 business days, $7
- USPS Priority: 2-4 business days, $9-$17
- FedEx Home Delivery: 2-4 business days, $12-$22
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become active. You can also login to your account at shop.alldayieat.com/my-account and check the order status and retrieve the tracking number at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@alldayieat.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every purchase with our Genki Guarantee. Genki (元気) means wellness, energy, and vitality. If your purchase doesn't add more genki to your life, email us at shop@alldayieat.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Can I return teaware, pottery, or merchandise?
Yes! For hard goods such as tea cups, tea accessories, and merchandise in brand new unopened/unused condition, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unopened and in its original condition, we'll send instructions for you to return it. We can provide a return label if necessary. Once the item has been received we'll process the refund for the full order amount minus the shipping costs if applicable.
Can I return tea?
Tea is not eligible for return due to health and safety concerns with restocking, even if unopened and unused. However, we will consider refunds without returning tea on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at shop@alldayieat.com.
What if my item arrived damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@alldayieat.com with your order number and photos or video showing the item's condition and packaging. We'll work with you to find a solution.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days before they show on your bank statement.
💳 Memberships & Digital Products
Can I get a refund on my membership?
Yes! For the Japanese Cooking Club (JCC) membership, the Cafe Club membership, cooking programs, cooking classes, and workshops, we provide a money-back guarantee. To obtain a refund, you must request your money back within 30 days of the purchase for a JCC monthly membership, and 90 days from the date of purchase of a workshop, Cafe Club membership, 3-month JCC membership, or annual JCC membership. You may request your money back by emailing shop@alldayieat.com or through your account dashboard at shop.alldayieat.com/my-account.
Are digital products refundable?
No. For the sale of digital products such as downloadable ebooks or audio content, all sales are final. Paid trial memberships are also final sale.
Is there a limit on refunds?
Yes. Any customer may redeem a money-back guarantee from the Company only once regardless of how many products and/or services the customer purchases. In other words, after a customer has received a refund for any one product under this money-back guarantee, that customer shall not be entitled to a refund as to any other product or service purchased from the Company.
What happens to bonus items if I get a refund?
If there was a bonus offer sent to you such as printed cookbooks, merchandise such as apparel (shirts), coffee mugs, or tea, the difference in cost (the total for the product and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund as applicable.
What happens to my access after a membership refund?
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
